Hello friends!
Today I'm sharing another card for my series: One Plus Twelve -
my FAVORITE card series!
The idea behind this card challenge is to take ONE stamp
- and only one stamp -
and use it once a month to create twelve unique cards all year long.
We all know we often buy a stamp ... use it once ...
and then file it away.
This is a great way to challenge yourself to use it more than once
and stretch the creative process :)
For 2021, I am using Altenew's Build-a-flower Magnolia,
my favorite flower <3
You can read all about it here on January's post!
One thing I'm crazy about this year is the buffalo check -
it's everywhere!
I also recycled some tissue paper that came with a gift I received <3
The circle behind the flower isn't vellum - it's white tissue paper!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty! WOW! Kelly, you've created card after outstanding card with this stamp. Impressive!
ReplyDeleteLoving your use of tissue paper behind the image Kelly - it takes the eye to the image, and mutes the background so the image really pops

I love your concept of using one stamp each month, such a great idea to get use from our supplies. The tissue paper works so well too! Thanks for joining us at The Card Concept challenge.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea - I'm definitely in the use-it-once category!! I love your rich blue and buffalo check behind the magnolia. The hint of color in the magnolia really makes it pop. Thank you for playing along with us at The Card Concept.
