Hi friends!
Hi friends!
Hi friends!
Today's card share is a series for the AECP
Altenew Academy Clean and Simple Boutique Cards class
taught by Jennifer Rzasa.
My first takeaway from the class:
Make clean and simple cards that skip instead of walking!
I'm sharing 3 cards from this class
and I'll share with you the stamps, dies and supplies
that I used for each of the cards.
Clean and simple cards tend to be one layer, minimalistic
but they can still say Va Va Voom with some extra attention to detail!
CARD 1
For this card, I used Altenew crafting essentials clear stamp
and colored it with Altenew alcohol markers.
I stamped the image with permanent black ink
and then stamped out a second stamp set ~ A Splash of Color
and layered the stamps to create a bit of drama!
CARD 2
For the second card, I continued the A Splash of Color stamping
and used a variety of crisp dye inks.
I used the Seashore and Tropical Forest collections
as well as stamping the sentiment with permanent black pigment ink.
And the Altenew Stamp Wheel is a game changer for multiple
stamping with smaller clear stamps that overlap!
CARD 3
Hi friends!
Wishing you a wonderful start to your weekend :)
Today, I have a dragonfly card to share with you
for an Instagram card group that I'm in
with a theme of Flutterfly.
Honestly, this card had a mind of it's own!
I had another vision for this card design but that vision
saw itself out of the room, LOL!
So .. back up plan it is and we'll just pretend it was meant to be ..
who's gonna know!
*wink!*
AND PEEP THE FRESH KEY LIMES COMING IN FOR THE SEASON!
oH My HaPPy hEArT!
For thisI used Your Next Stamp Dancing Dragonflies.
I will miss them in the stamping community!
The little wings are ink blended with 3 different
colors of distress oxides and then hit with a slight paint splatter.
The background (where it went askew!) was ink blended as well
but I had to think of a way to salvage it by using a circle die.
And the gorgeous watercolored flower is from Waffle Flower Crafts.
I've always said dragonflies are my spirit animal.
Although technically it's an insect, in my heart
i. just. know.
And that's it!
Be your own kind of beautiful <3

Merry Catmas!
Because there is just something EXTRA about orange cats!
Having seen this exact scene myself, I can appreciate the humor!
I came around the hallway corner just as my daughter's cat
was nearly at the top of the tree]
and it was falling - like LITERAL Tiiiiiiiim-berrrrr!
I was able to catch the tree before it smashed to the tile,
cat jumped and ran and we only lost a few ornaments!
WOW .. did we ever learn cats and Christmas trees
are NOT like cookies and milk :)
Today's card is sharing Whimsy Stamps Cat Do Christmas Two
clear stamp set!
This adorable clear stamp set has 3 fun kitties doing cat antic things
along with 4 sentiments.
You can find this card on my Instagram here
as part of my Wednesday card group with a theme of
Christmas in July.

This stamp and matching die set are from
Whimsy Stamps and it's called Gossip Girls :)
I paired it with Wonky Window 1 die

Hi friends!
Today's posting day for the 3M mystery image cards!
This fun card group has been creating along for 10 years!
That's a lot of mystery images :)
The idea? 1 hostess sends 1 stamped image to all 3 of us!
Then, we take turns swapping them out per the angel policy allowance
(I've started and keep a HUGE list of allowed companies
and can share with you, too)
This month, Jeanette sent us Gerda Steiner's In Your Corner
and it's SO adorable!
so that was a super fun surprise.
Thank you, Jeanette!
You can see their cards here:

Hey friends!
Today's the day - today's the day!
My IG friends and I were chatting one day after a recent
online camp about how we are procrastinating behind
on several online classes, camps, monthly subscription boxes + more!
After much giggling and chatter about what to call ourselves,
Kim's husband came up with the name for us,
saying we are 'procrastintaing crafters', LOL!
Welcome to TPC ~ The ProCRAFTinator's Club
where we hold Ph.D's in procrastinating!
I have a plethora of online card classes, camp boxes
and monthly sub kits but can't always participate at the
'exact time of the classes/camps so this is just perfect :)
We decided to have an Anything Goes each month and for June
I'm finally finishing the cards from SBC Fest from back in March!
This was a free set of classes (isn't that THE BEST!)
and you have the option to buy the matching kits for each class.
This card is from Laura Graff's class and she made several gorgeous
ones but this dark green floral one just literally took my breath away!
The card design is not my own and a similiar case to hers,
hers being totally flat and one layer
and I popped mine up on 3d foam giving it loads of dimension.
Disclaim-er, this is all in good fun and just a means to get together
as friends to create! We don't procrastinate on all things,
we're just in desperate need of a 'get-er-done' approach!
No time like the present so we'll be creating from a kit/camp/class
on the 2nd Monday of each month
so be sure to stop by in August to see what we
proCRAFTinate complete!
Thanks for stopping by!

Bonjour mes amis!
Today's card share is from a recent Instagram card hop
hosted by my friend, Dalis!
The theme that week was vacations or ice tea
and I chose the first one
so I could finally ink up a forgotten stamp set :)
Hi friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
I had card class yesterday while simultaneously watching my team
advance forward to the quarter finals for the Euro Cup!
So I had a BLAST creating this cards - SO SUPER DUPER SIMPLE!
Yet fun and ..... ahem, messy :)
Earlier this year, I decided to reclaim a few of my earlier ideas
for cards/groups and asked for a little help on Instagram.
I held a contest for a gift card win for renaming the MESSY series
and
Kellofamess won!
Honestly, it's a HILAROUS name :/
For my 3 cards, I did free hand watercoloring
to create the rainbows for a monthly hop theme.
I absolutely LOVE the organic look and didn't mind one bit
that the colors ran or mixed together.
I didn't even mind when I accidently glued made an upside rainbow!
I used Flower Shower from Mama Elephant to complete the look
and left them intentionally uncolored for highlighting the rainbow.
3 simple yet fun to create kellofamess cards!
Hey sweet friends!
Elvis is IN THE HOUSE!
Squeee!
I'm a Guest Designer for the month of June at Stamp Anniething
and the new release is all about VEGAS baby!
Day 1 stamp and die release @stampanniething
is the king of rock and roll ~ Elvis!
I just adore this image and the symbolism
of one of music history's biggest cultural forces
with the icon that is Elvis Presley!
Next up, Vegas baby doing Vegas things!

Hi friends!
I hope this brings you a smile! :)
I have a sponsored post to share with you today
and it's a product review from The Maker Session!
I was invited to try out their gorgeous dauber wand here:
You can see the in action reel here on Instagram!
The dual ended dauber wand is an ink blending gem!
It comes in a variety of colors and I was absolutely delighted
to receive one in Key Lime green - my favorite color!
It also brings an additional 6 dauber wands which are interchangeable ~
just pop off the dauber top and add another one as you like,
especially for ink color changes.
For best results, gently patting down ~ or daubing ~
definitely gives sharp, crisp results
and the ink stays in the dauber for a long lasting usage!
To showcase the wand, I created a small short 60 second reel
on my Instagram that shows this one is action.
You can see it here!
And here's my card, created with the Pink and Main Cloudy Day stencil
and the A Gift For You stamps and dies, also from P and M.
I used distress inks and use the daubing wand to dab along the clouds
to create that cloud edge.
I repeated the process for creating grass - easily changing out
the top of the dauber wand to use another color.
The Maker Session wand is perfect for those tiny nooks and crannies
and getting into smaller spaces with stencils.
Those hard to reach corners are easier with an easy to manage and hold
daubing wand!
One last look:
