Hola! There's a brand new Riley change today and the theme this week is brought to us by DT member, Juliet! Her challenge for us for this bi-weekly challenge is ....
"to show us your school/team spirit! With the start of school, the football and hockey season, or postseason baseball... make something that shows spirit for either a school or Sport team ie: (your alma mater, kid's highschool, using your favorite sports team colors/riley sport stamps, etc)." If you upload your card to a gallery or your blog, use the keyword1811.
And YAY!! My layers are back! Lots and lots and lots of LAYER!!! :) :) For my card, I went with the colors of my son's soccer team - orange, teal and white (yep, just like our Miami Dolphins!) I followed the sketch from the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge sketch and added a sentiment pennant flag banner as the sentiment. I think this will be a cute addition to his scrapbook pages later, too!
Here is the Riley and Company Challenge blog if you'd like to play
along this week!
If you want to scoop up this Soccer Riley image, you can take a peek in the shop!
And be sure to stop by and see what the DT have created using this
sports/school theme! :)
Thanks for stopping by today!
Big hugs,
Bigger Blessings!
