I have two posts for you today!
First up, Riley and Company has a new challenge out this week.
May 20th is National Tourist Day!
Our DT coordinator @ Riley and Co, Frances, challenged us
to make a card/project with
over on the Riley and Company blog.
Your challenge this week we are to create a vacation card,
scrapbook page, or your own postcard, etc.
For my card today, I used Map Riley as he is currently wandering
around the streets of Paris!
I've been fortunate enough to have visited France several times,
I've been fortunate enough to have visited France several times,
including Paris for a week with our 9 month old son and daughters
that were 6, 8, and 10 at the time.
Wow, you sure see Paris a lot differently!
I went with pinks and browns to capture the feel of Parisian streets
and style ~ and even colored the map as such :)

ReplyDeleteHow adorable! You know my love of Paris, and that image of Riley with the map is precious. It must have been fun visiting Paris with a family! I have promised my niece since she was 4 that when she graduates HS I will take her to Paris. She knows I love it so that alone makes her want to go. So cute that she asks each year how much closer she is to going! She is now in 4th Grade.

ReplyDeleteI can't imagine traveling in Paris with four children! Disney World with two about did me in!! But oh, the memories you all have...
