But I can pretend through stamps and ink!
There's a new Riley and Company challenge up this week - Winter Activity.
One of my very, very favorite things in the whole world is snow and winter ♥
We were blessed enough to spend a week in this Christmas season
and we did it all!
Skiing, sledding, making snowmen and laying in the snow
Skiing, sledding, making snowmen and laying in the snow
and just enjoying the splendor of all the beauty of it ♥
My card today is using Sledding Riley and his joyful ride in the snow.
I used an old DCJ sketch to get my card going,
and added a mish-mash of papers in snowflake, winter colors
from the Pink Paislee "Merry and Bright" paper pad,
a gift from my daughter in my stocking :)

Girl, I wish I could pretend here in RI, that's why I do so many Summer and Spring stamps :) I own about 4 Christmas stamps and ?? I think that's it.. Love your card, such a fun image and great design.

Your card is so fun! I love playing in the snow. We didn't get any this year, and didn't travel anywhere. We'll have to make a trip so we can play in the snow!

ReplyDeleteKelly, your Riley card is just too cute. Sounds as if you had a wonderful vacation in the snow. We have had just a few flakes..hardly enough to see but I'm still hoping for a good snow. Sometimes, we do get one. You've used such cute papers and how wonderful for your daughter to put them in your stocking.
