Hi friends!
I'm slowly getting back to crafting/blogging after a chaotic end of school,
graduation, a 3 day blur of a weekend of activity,
and now the week long wonders of VBS!
By this time next week,
By this time next week,
I'll be back to my routine and knee deep in markers, glue, paper, ink!
And today is the 15th!
And on my blog, that means it's the post between the Divas + the Dazzlers
and our friendly duel this month is .......... Pets!
Darlene and LJ were the hostesses for the DDD this month
and they came up with a wonderful, sweet theme.
For me, that is a love so strong and faithful in our home -
we love our fur babies just like one they are one of the kids ♥
LJ sent us the fabulously fun kit to work with ~
and ooooh did I oogle this image when I saw it in social-media-land!
*swoon!*
I love, love, LOVE this adorable pup from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
I colored the image with prismacolor markers, popped it up with 3D foam,
and used a ribbon and the kraft banner to give it some character ...
I added the matching sentiment to the inside of the card :)

ReplyDeleteOh, Kelly, you really rocked this duel and it sure shows your love for pups! And this one is colored so beautifully...Love the way you colored the bone and have it hanging out of the die cut!! Awesome use of papers and embellishments both inside and out!!!

ReplyDeleteI think that's the kind of bone my pup dreams about! Such a cute image and I just love the card. Speaking of VBS, it has been many m-a-n-y years since I went as a child yet it remains one of my favorite memories. Wish they had VBS for adults!
