Hi friends!
Today's card is a sweet but simple one for
the Crazy Card Ladies ...
2 teams (The Diamonds and The Pearls) that duel against each other
with 2 card kits but ONE chosen theme!
This month, our hostesses with the mostestess are Carol and Shelly.
Their theme for May is "Going to the chapel."
Our card kit was sent to me by the adorably sweet Carol!
She went above and beyond to make sure 2 of us in the group
had a card kit and not miss today's posting.
Thank you, Carol - you are appreciated!
Her kit was a plethora of beautiful black and white -
a very Carol theme :)
The image is from Colorado Craft Company called Lovely Legs
Happy Forevering.
Unfortunately, I only have half a card -
I spaced on the slimline requirement!
I left it intentionally blank, mostly because I've been unitentionally
disposed this entire week and I've only had this kit for a couple of days.
I do have one more image which I plan to color at another date.
I added a sentiment that sort of implies it could be for an anniversary.
So not a fan of how this turned out but I do love the sparkly kit
and I've turned this into an anniversary-ish card :)
Thanks for stopping by!
Kelly, your card is so pretty - I love how that image looks classy when it's not colored. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful was your kit! I love the image done in black/white. Makes for a very elegant card!
ReplyDeleteKelly I love your card. I am so sorry that your original kit did not arrive but am hoping it still does so you can make more cards. I love the layout of this card and the die cuts you used. Great job on your kit...again so sorry for the PO problem. You did a great job my friend. ♥

ReplyDeleteThe image makes a dramatic statement leaving it uncolored. Very bold of you! I like the offset circle to emphasize the image! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Kelly. The unexplored image really stands out with the black and white paper.
ReplyDeleteOh Kelly, sounds like a hard week - hope life treats you better this coming week. {{{{{hugs}}}}}
ReplyDeleteTo be honest I thought this is a stunning card, kept just to the black and white.
Stay safe
Blessings

Great card Kelly. It is such a pretty image that you really don't need to color.
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly it's a fabulous card and quite a different design for a Wedding card, brilliant design, Kate x
ReplyDeleteGreat card. Just reading the words brought the song to my brain and I started singing it. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteWow! Such amazing card, love so much the image, well done to leave it uncoloured and the circle in contrast makes it pop!
ReplyDeleteHugs!
This is so pretty-it is elegant uncolored. I love the black peaking out from the circle. Nice job this month on such a short amount of time.
ReplyDeleteThis unique image makes for a wonderfully elegant wedding design in black and white with just a pop of color! Fabulous card, Kelly!
