Need a cuppa?

I do! 

 I haven't slept a wink and managed to pull an all nighter - not necessarily to finish my card (though I did work on it on and off) but we had to drop our doggie off at the vet a little while ago for her 2nd cancer surgery :(   She was just there a month ago  and we were told her breast cancer was removed ... alas, it has returned swiftly and with a vengence.  I'm sick with worry and would really appreciate if you could think good doggie thoughts for her and that we hear some relatively good news today when the vet calls.  Thank you :)

So yes, coffee and lots of it is definitely on the menu for today!  How about a little Latte love?  This week, Fresh Brewed Designs brings you a new challenge - Anniversary!  Even though I remembered that little nugget of information, I wasn't sure (at 1 am!) how to incorporate that .... although with my shameless (aka countless!) trips to a certain coffee shop, I could probably give this card to myself as a java-versary and frequent visitor award!  Tee hee! 

My inspiration for my card was from a new challenge blog I found - The Lollipop Ladies!  Their challenge this week was to use the yummy combo of mint fudge and polka dots, so I managed to use both!  What a delish pair - using my October afternoon paper stash scraps, I made a card base .... colored this darling Latte Love image from FBD and there you have it :)
