1 + 12 = Crafty Bliss in '26! - MARCH 3rd

Hi friends,

I hate March 3rd.

It's also a very difficult day for me, the anniversary of losing my dad

and it's never easy, no matter the time.

The journey called grief is often an arduous one

and I look forward to the day THIS DATE stops knocking the wind out of me.

Miss you immensely, dad :(

March 3 is also the date of the  March edition of the

1 + 12 = Crafty Bliss in '26.

As you may have read from this post, I had a crazy card

this month for my personal card challenge:  One Plus Twelve.

You can see here what it's all about!

This year, my 1 + 12 stamp is a Pinkfresh Studio set called

Never Give Up

appropriate for me and the goals I have set for 2026.

I can't say I like this card this month ~

I started out planning one design and ended up doing another

and then it just turned all kinds of ways!

Kinda like life, I suppose :)

But here it is, nonetheless .............

My friends Jeanette and Barb are also doing this challenge

again this year and may have cards today or another day.

I'm sure they will have wonderful cards!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Think SPRING!

Hi friends!

Happy March!

It's a new month and that means a new challenge

First things first,

here is the photo challenge for the month of March:

Adorbs, right?  So many ways to create with this CUUUUUUTE inspo!

And March has 5 weeks that you can play along

and use the challenge photo as your inspiration.

It could be the colors, the bunnies, flowers,  spring  or some/all of them!

I'm playing with the new products this week,

including the Card Layout 6 Die.

It makes it so easy to die cut paper & cardstock

and it takes the guesswork out of a card design

- all you have to chose is paper choices and  order.

The possibiities are endless :)

I created two different layouts with a little mix and match.

to the front along with a fun Easter Greeting.

Be sure to link up your card (see link above!) using your

favorite NND products, we'd love to see what you create!

Thanks for stopping by!

This card AND the universe!

Wow, this card turned out WILD!

First, hi! hello! and Happy Valentine's Day!

I created this quick card for a card group on Instagram

and the theme was "Sending Sunshine!"

Honestly, I got wrapped up in training

and didn't leave enough time to make this

so I grabbed my:

Whimsy Stamps Sunrays Stencil

Heffy Doodle Big Bug Hugs stamps and dies ✅

Ranger Ink distres oxide inks ✅

and got to work!

And  later when I was doing a night time run,

I spotted this:

So incredible that the universe put me & that together

on the same day!

It's a sign, I know it  :)

entered to:  Alphabet Challenge:  U is for Uplifting

Creative Artiste Mixed Media Challenge:  I used 3:!  acrylic paint splatter, distress oxide ink and markers to color!

The CRAFTY Spotlight - February

Hi friends!

Today I'm sharing a floral card featuring Doodle Flowers

from Taylored Expressions, a blast from the past!

My monthly card group The Crafty Spotlight

hosted by my dear friend, Kim,

chooses a company to 'spotlight' each month.

February = anything TE!

chose this stamp so I could get a little coloring in!

I made 2 different cards, one 5 x 7 and one A2 standard

and mixed up the florals just a little bit.

Although the challenge is to spotlight Taylored Expressions,

I did chose a sentiment from another company

that fit the needs of the card :)

We'll be back next month with another mystery image reveal!

Thanks for stopping by!

~Kelly

Entered to:  A Cut Above - use one die cut (sentiment!)
The Neglected Stuff - AG (from 2020!)

3M: Let it snow!

Hey friends!

It's snowing!

Not here ...  but somewhere :)

My husband and I are talking over our retirement areas

and getting out of dodge.

I said wooohooo, somewhere  it SNOWS!

And he  said ya movin' by yourself ...........

HA!

He's also a comedian :)

It IS, however,  snowing on my card today!

This is my 3M (3 Musketeers) card for February ~

a card group that consists of Barb, Jeanette and myself.

We take turns on a rotating basis to chose a mystery image,

send it to the others and on reveal day, post our cards with said same image.

I chose Gina K. Designs Snowflake Kisses

and created a shaker card.

This was easy to make using Gina K Designs cardsstock

and coloring the images with Altenew markers.

Be sure to see Jeanette's card here

and Barb's card here.

And we'll be back in March with the next mystery!
