1 stamp - 2 ways! IPC #256

Hi friends!

We are half way through September ~ can you believe it! 

It feels like we are time warping through this year! 

 Today I am sharing another card for

 the Newton's Nook Designs IPC Design Team

 with a FUN inspiration photo for the month of September. 

Create however it inspires you - 

from the fall vibes to the darling black cat, the color palette, etc.

For this week, I made a spooky cornfield!

I did a self challenge to take a spring-ish stamp set and turned it 

into an autumn one & am smitten with how this turned out!

Here's what I did: 

 I started with a card base using the Frames & Flags die set

 and added it to the card base - made with a corner rounder, trimmer cut

 cardstock. Using the Cloud Stencil, I did a light ombre cloud

blend and colored, die cut and popped up the Spring Heights cats.

For added drama, I used fall colors and added flowers from Aloha 

Newton and the pumpkins from Pumpkin Tails .

The sentiment is also from that set and die cut with Basic Frames.

Finally, I added the bats from Just Batty to complete the spooky 

cornfield harvest look!

Cupcakes make everything better!

 Hi friends!

First, Happy Birthday to my son!

Today's card is for the 3M card group

and our hostess this month is Barb!

3M = 3 Musketeers and the idea:

stamp a mystery image, send it to the other 2 friends,

 ALL 3 OF US create a card with that identical image

and post on the 9th of each month, rotating the hostess list!

This month, Barb sent us this cupcake image from CC Designs

along with coordinating stamped sentiments for us to choose.

I colored the fun cakecakes with multicolored markers

to bring out the whimsical feel to it.

Feelin' Batty! ~ IPC #256

Hi friends!

There's a new challenge at the Newton's Nook Designs

Inky Paws Challenge blog

and it's SO ADORABLE!

I am absolutely smitten with this month's inspiration photo,

the lil black kitty and fall feels with the pumpkin!

I had my card already to go before our trip

so it's a little batty :)

I went with a Halloween themed card

pulling from the overall feel of autumn/fall/H'ween vibe.

I used:

3M August ~ Merry ELFmas!

Hi friends!

It's time for the 3M for August!

The 3 Musketeers is a card group of Jeanette, Barb and I who

stamp a mystery image, send it to each other 

(Angel Policies apply, so please check those!)

and then we make a card based on that ONE image.

This month, I sent Nice List from Avery Elle

with a little surprise - 

each of us has a different item the elf is holding!

I colored the elf with Olo Markers and used the Avery Elle scallop

die cut as an outline.  

The paper is from Recollections called Holiday Cheer.
