Good Morning! I hope you had a wonderful weekend :) Our was a little busy, not much resting, but fun at the same time! Lucky me, I was able to make a
card for Deedee's Challenge blog - It's all about the pets this week! My son really wanted a card with a crab, a snake AND a spider (eek!!!) Using the adorable "Time for you" digi set (available in the store HERE!)
But .... yesterday was came in from a ministry rally/ds's school fun day and saw our little Buddy having quite a time with a box of crayons he found. He tried hard to wag his lil tail and convince us "who me? Wasn't me! It was ... the bunny?" but I'd say he was caught red handed! I've been working really hard to let him stay home and roam, praying he doesn't chew the furniture - we've had a few no-nos (like my wooden clock - ouch!) but this was just too funny (I think!) How can you be upset at this face .... ;)
I saved you the GREEN one! :)
It's Pet Week on Deedee's Challenge Blog
- you can't be upset with me!! :)
I hope you get the chance to stop on over and play along this week ~
we'd love to see what you make with your furry (or maybe not so furry!) friends!
Hugs!

Kelly, great card and the dog paper fits perfect. It looks like your buddie needs more activity hmm ?? LOL
ReplyDeleteCute card! That first picture of Buddy, is too funny. He looks like "Hey did you see these crayons on the floor here?" LOL
ReplyDeleteAdorable card. Love the layout. Your dp, button, twine...well everything is just great!
ReplyDeleteCute pics of Buddy...he sure does have character.
Love this card, but really want to know if the crayons were yours or one of the kids??
ReplyDeleteHuggz to Buddy for daring to stick around and take the blame away from the bunny!
Loved your story about Buddy and the pictures are percious!! The likeness to the image is incredible. Geat card, I love the paper.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwwwwww.... Kelly, I know it LOOKS like Buddy might be guilty. But one never knows. Besides, it's Pets Week at DeeDee's so let's give Buddy the benefit of the doubt, what do you say? LOL!
ReplyDeleteLove your card. It is really cute and the image is a perfect one! Awesome job!!!
Love your card and I can't wait to make something for this weeks challenge, how can I not :) Just love your puppy, really how can you be mad, maybe he was bringing the crayons to my house, since he knows I love the color with them. The story and the pictures, just had me ROFL :) TFS.
ReplyDeleteOMG!! That card is so adorable!! You've made this puppy digi come to life with your vibrant colors and beautifully colored pup. THEN, I scroll down, and see what your Buddy has been up to, and I'm cracking up! Nope... No way could I be mad at that face... Well, at least not about the crayons. The clock might be a different story, though. Seriously, Kelly, your card, and your Buddy are both precious! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove ya,
Lorie
LOL! Looks like he has a thing for shredding paper/cardboard. Uh oh....I think I know another dog who likes to do that. (I have to keep the door to my scraproom shut if I'm not in it!)
ReplyDeleteKelly, what a sweet, sweet card! What wonderful coloring you used on your puppy -- I love his little white paws! And oh my goodness, isn't your real-life puppy just a darling! It would be so hard to be angry at that sweet face. Did you notice that his crayon adventure matches so well with your crayon card in the post below? See -- he was just trying to be helpful -- LOL Fabulous card, and thanks so much for sharing your puppy with us! Hugs, Deedee
ReplyDeleteThis IS just too sweet! I loved seeing all the pics, reading your post and getting to admire the stunning card you created. I love the twine btw!!! Adorable... all of it! Hugs
ReplyDeleteLove the paper you used for this puppy card! Too cute photo of your pup getting into trouble!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Kelly! This card is wonderful. So love the papers used here and that image is so well coloured. I think he looks like your dog too. He is a cutie that is for sure and you can't get made with a face like that. The funny thing would be if he had a crayon in his mouth and was actually trying to draw. Love how this post is a very well written introduction to Deedee's Challenge blog. You have really set the pace to challenge us all to get our pet cards completed. Thanks so much for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteYour card...Your Buddy...Adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteIs your puppy going to be a painter?????????
