Hei min venn!
Today I'm heading to Norway! :)
Manal has our last challenge of the month at the CCEE Stampers ...
We all have been huge on fairytales in our childhood
(the inner child in us still adores them).
Create something featuring your favorite fairytale/
carnival or a circus! The choice is yours!
My card today reflects a Norwegian fairy tale
called White Bear King Valemon.
It's said that it's the modern fairy tale of today's Beauty and the Beast.
I was inspired by the white polar bear that is the king during the day,
and a man at night.
He marries the king's daughter who breaks a rule
and the chance for him to be forever human and he has to leave her.
So I'm thinking it would defintely be un-bear-able without his bride!
For my card, I've used Friends in the Forest by My Favorite Things
stamps and dies and the stiched mountains from Lawn Fawn.
The fun colorful paper is from Scrapbook.com -
a freebie with purchase back in December :)
You can read this folklore story here on this site and
if you follow me on SCS,
you'll have spotted this bear card - for the VSN mini!
Should you post to an online gallery other than your own blog,
please add keyword or tag CCEE2108.
Thanks for stopping by!
