CCEE2113 ~ Find a Rainbow Day!

Hi friends!

Happy April!

There's a new challenge at the CCEE Stampers

and our hostess for this month is Frances.

She says:

Did you know that the 3rd of April is Find a Rainbow Day.

For our challenge this week, include a rainbow of some type on your card

either a rainbow image or rainbow colors … whichever you prefer.

Such a fun theme!

I decided to use a rainbow panel that I created for a distress oxide

class last month.

I decided to switch it up and use it as the focal point!

I used Floral Focus from My Favorite Things stamps

and stamped directly onto the rainbow panel to create the flowers.

The sentiment is from another stamp set Cheerful Blessings.

I used Black Soot distress oxide inks with water to create splatter

and added just a few sequins.

Be sure to stop by the CCEE Stampers blog

and add your RAINBOW cards using the Mr. Linky.

Thanks for stopping by!

CCEE2048 ~ Tie One On Day!

 Hi friends!

Happy Thankstgiving to all of my USA friends!
I'm grateful for your friendships and blog-ships! :)

It's my last challenge for the month of November
I hope you've enjoyed the challenges as much as I have!

For this last challenge, November 24 is Tie One On Day!

It's in honor of Thanksgiving cooking and using an apron!
The challenge is to create a card using an apron as your focal image
or any TIED element ~ think ribbons, twine, etc!

Use the code CCEE2048 for any gallery or at Splitcoaststampers.

Onto my card!

I used My Favorite Things Pure Innocence Steeped in Love
and thought this would be a cute card for my mom
who LOVES her English tea!

I love how this card came out!
It was made with love :)

My apron - for the challenge - is on her little dress!

And the sentiment is on the inside of the card with the leftover paper.

Be sure to stop in to the CCEE blog and see what the DT has made ~
as well as link up your cards!
If you use a gallery or Splitcoaststampers, please use code CCEE2048.

Thanks for stopping by!
Big hugs, bigger blessings :)
