Dueling Darlings 2 ~ Strength Behind Santa!

Hello friends!

I have a wee bit of a late start to today's post ~

I was making cookies!

Or coloring them making cookies, at least :)

Today is Dueling Day for the DD2!

Our hostesses this month were Carol and Tracie

and they have a Christmas in July theme of Mrs. Claus ...

the strength behind Santa!

I love tht ~ thank you ladies!

Our kit was from Carol and it's SO CUTE!

I think I added at least one of each element she sent us ~

and colored the image with my copics.

Unlike Mrs. Santa here with glasses on her face,

I have misplaced mine!

I literally can't see 2 fingers in front of my face

much less color very well, ROFL!

I'll definitely go back over this image at a later date

and give her some touch ups :)

Be sure to stop in and see what the rest of the DD2 has created ..

here are the blogs

CCEE2227 ~ Tape Measure Day!

Hi friends!

Goodness, it's a real life ACTUAL blog post!

Woot!

And in case ya didn't know .......

Today is National Tape Measure Day!

Here is my YOUTUBE video version of this card:

There's a new challenge at the CCEE Stampers this week

and our hostess for July is Lois.

Here is her challenge!

The challenge to you today is to make a card incorporating a tape measure

or something else used in sewing on your card --

either some kind of a sewing-related image or perhaps stitching.

Oops!

This theme was a little out of my wheelhouse

so I used 4 different 'stitched' dies to make a blue floral card.

Be sure to head over to the CCEE Stampers this week

and check out the DT cards!

Thanks for stopping by!

I WHEELIE like you!

Hi friends!

Today I'm sharing a cheeky card ~

I do love me a punny saying!

I'm in an Instagram collaboration to create a card

with a funny, wild, obscure, wacky holiday :)

Here is the YOUTUBE version if you want to see!

I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE visiting Brownielocks to see

all the weird events and holidays people celebrate ...

including mah-self :)

So today I'm celebrating National Guinea Pig Day!

Yes.

There is a possibility these stamps and dies I used are hamsters.

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

No. One. Will.  Know.

Isn't it cute!

That one at the top (probably me since I run on Starbucks

and 3 hours of sleep going around in circles!)

sure has a lot of work keeping up with the one below!

The stamps and dies?

Lawn Fawn - circle die from Hero Arts!

And that's it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Kelly
