Hi friends!
I'll be hosting the June 2021 challenges for the
I'm excited to share them with you all month long!
Today is Repeat Day!
For this week, we'd like for you to use the
repeat stamping technique on your card/project.
I stumbled on the amazing Jennifer McGuire's YouTube video
and it gave me an idea to add some trees in a row.
I've used the adorable MFT Stamps Penguins in Paradise,
clearly a favorite of mine this year!
I masked off the tree each time I stamped it so they were uniform,
repeatedly stamped over and over until I had the row of palm trees -
very Miami!
The sand wasn't long enough for the card so I took a black gel pen
and extended it and then colored the image with my copic markers.
4 more days of school and I can't wait!
This card is actually for my son
and I'm adding an ice cream gift card inside so he can
hop on over and have a scoop whenever he'd like!
The first thing my son and I plan to do when school is out
is hit the beach in the Keys :)
Sand, surf, and lots of fun and 'chill' for sure!
If you'd like to add your card, here's the link to the CCEE blog.
Thanks for stopping by!
Gorgeous card, love the bright colours. Have a great day, hugs, Valerie

ReplyDeleteKelly, I would love to be chillin' under the palm trees with this cute penguin! What a precious beach card!! The hard freeze this winter killed all the palm trees in my town! They look so weird now!
ReplyDeleteThis is one cute card Kelly, I love the little penguin with his ice lolly, fabulous design and colours, Kate x
